to Brazilian Law Counsel. Sergio Sardenberg is a Brazilian law
consultant established in Herndon, Northern Virginia, who has been
providing expert legal counsel for the last 16 years. Prior to that, and
during a period of nearly 25 years, Mr. Sardenberg, was the senior
partner in a law firm in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, specialized in
rendering legal assistance to U.S. and Canadian companies doing
business in or with, Brazil. Mr. Sardenberg represented
numerous
clients, in many areas of activity, such as petroleum,
exploration, equipment and services; consumer products (including
toiletry, cosmetics, writing instruments, sport shoes and apparel);
pharmaceuticals and chemical products; banking and financial services;
steel-making, mining; paper and cellulose, health plans; management
consulting, airlines and engineering services, among others, and
provided legal assistance to the U.S., and Canadian embassies and their
Rio de Janeiro consulates. As an independent foreign law consultant, registered with the District of Columbia Bar, Mr. Sardenberg has contributed on-going advice, legal memoranda, affidavits and declarations of law on a variety of business transactions and in connection with major litigation before the courts of Washington, D.C. and New York. |
